Revealcast (run by Vantage AI Labs) lets you host a live gender-reveal: guests vote from their phones and the reveal plays on a shared screen. Using Revealcast means you agree to these terms — written in plain English on purpose.
Hosts sign in with a magic link sent to their email — there are no passwords. Anyone with access to your email can access your events, so keep your inbox secure. You must be at least 18 to create an event.
Revealcast is a one-time purchase per event — never a subscription, and there is nothing to cancel. A standard event is $20. Choosing premium options (premium themes, custom colors, custom voice or wording, AI name suggestions, or a logo upload) makes the event a premium event at $35 — the price updates as you configure, before you pay. Already paid $20 and later add a premium option? You're only charged the $15 difference, never the full price twice.
If you haven't run your reveal yet, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full — no questions, no forms. Once a reveal has been run, the service has been delivered and the purchase isn't refundable. That said: if a problem on our side disrupted your event, tell us — we'll refund you in full. Refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe.
You own what you and your guests put into your event — names, photos, logos, messages. You give us permission to store and display that content to run your event (that's all we use it for). As host, you're responsible for what your guests submit to your board; you can remove entries, and so can we if something is abusive or unlawful.
Don't use Revealcast to harass anyone, break the law, scrape or overload the service, or resell access. We can suspend events that do.
We work hard to make the moment flawless, but Revealcast is provided "as is" — we can't guarantee uninterrupted service, your TV's Wi-Fi, or your uncle's phone. Our total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid for the event. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.
We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes get a new date up top. Continuing to use Revealcast after a change means you accept it.
